Governing Board Composition

The West Bay Christian Academy Board of Trustees is a twelve member, independent board voted into office by the West Bay Christian School Association, Inc. There is also, within the Board, a four member appointed Pastors’ Council. The Board is ultimately responsible for the well-being and stability of the Academy. The main responsibilities are to set broad policies and hire the Head of School. Every member serves on a sub-committee, which serve in an advisory capacity to both the Head and the Board as a whole. Those committees are:

Board of Trustees 2009 - 2010

The Board of Trustees is an independent board voted into office (other than Pastors' Council members) by the West Bay Christian School Association, Inc. The Board is ultimately responsible for the entire well-being and stability of the Academy. The main responsibilities are to:

  2. hire the Head of the Academy.
