Tuition and Fees at West Bay Christian Academy
Application Fee
This one-time, $50 non-refundable fee is due when the
application is submitted. It covers the cost of processing the application, readiness screening/placement testing, and other administrative costs.
Registration Fee
A $200 Registration Fee is due when the New Student Registration Agreement is submitted. This holds a child’s seat in the classroom each subsequent year. The fee is only refundable if Financial Assistance is insufficient or denied.

Resource Fee
The $275 Resource Fee is payable each year and is used to meet expenses for books, student accident insurance, school technology, science materials, classroom supplies, furnishings, field trips, and membership in ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International).
Multiple Student Discount
WBCA offers a tuition discount for families with more than one child attending the Academy. Refer any questions regarding this to the Business Office.
Financial Assistance
There is a limited amount of need-based financial assistance to those who meet financial guidelines. Preference is always given to current WBCA families who qualify and meet all calendar deadlines for supplying information. Please contact the Business Office if you have additional questions.
