RISARISA – Did you know that your business can sponsor a child’s tuition and also receive a huge tax credit?

Every year many Rhode Island children are unable to pursue academic success through school choice because their families cannot afford to pay the full cost of tuition.  There is a program – The Rhode Island Scholarship Tax Credit – that allows businesses to help lower income families afford private school education in return for receiving up to a 90% State Tax Credit.  If you are a business that might want to participate but need more information, click:

Rhode Island ScholarshipAlliance (RISA) is the alliance of school choice advocates and Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs) working to promote educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged students through the Rhode Island Scholarship Tax Credit Program. For more information about this program, see our RISA Frequently Asked Questions and the RI Tax Department website.
